Job summary

WellSky in Overland Park, KS is seeking a Solution Engineer III to bridge the gap between our solution offerings and client needs. You will collaborate with sales, solution development, and implementation teams to understand requirements, propose technical solutions, and demonstrate value.

The role emphasizes designing scalable, secure, and high-performance solutions, performing debugging, and guiding customers through feasible options while keeping scope.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience.
• 4–6 years relevant work experience.
• Experience with SQL development and database querying.
• Experience with C# development.

Responsibilities

• Partner with project managers to plan and execute development tasks aligned with client objectives.
• Facilitate discovery sessions to gather requirements and assess feasibility.
• Architect scalable, secure, and high-performance custom solutions.
• Debug and perform root cause analysis for solution issues and document resolutions.
• Demonstrate expert knowledge in at least one solution application using multiple tools.
