Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience with SQL and relational database management systems
• Hands-on experience with dimensional data modeling, schema design, and data warehousing
• Programming in SQL, Python, and related languages to support Cloud and on-prem data warehousing services
• Hands-on experience troubleshooting data issues
• Experience with performance optimization techniques
• Ability to own improvements in a fast-paced, collaborative environment
• Excellent oral and written communication skills

Responsibilities

• Architect and build end-to-end integration patterns bridging cloud-native SaaS with core clinical systems and data platforms
• Conduct system testing, debugging, and peer code reviews to ensure reliability and scalability
• Act as a technical consultant to Product and Business leads; refine requirements and propose design patterns
• Explore AI/ML tools to drive innovation and smarter automation in development
• Create and maintain high-quality architecture designs, diagrams, and governance documentation
