Job summary

CVS Health Corporation is seeking a Senior Construction Project Manager to lead construction programs for healthcare facilities, including new builds, renovations and expansions. You will partner with program sponsors to define scope, plans, and budgets, while coordinating day-to-day communications with stakeholders.

The role requires 7–10 years of experience in program/project management, strong vendor management, and the ability to lead in a fast-paced environment.

• Deep knowledge of Program/Project Management processes and tools.
• Familiarity with design and construction best practices and processes.
• Ability to excel and lead others in a fast paced, high pressure environment.

• Excellent written and verbal communications skills.

Responsibilities

• Oversee construction projects for healthcare facilities, including new construction, renovations, expansions, and infrastructure upgrades.
• Manage the administration of healthcare properties owned or leased by the organization by coordinating lease agreements, property maintenance, repairs, and strict compliance with applicable regulations.
• Act as a top level specialist, selecting, contracting, and managing external vendors, contractors, and suppliers involved in construction projects and property management.
• Develop and manage construction project budgets, ensuring cost estimates, and tracking project expenses.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including architects, engineers, facility managers, and clinical staff, to gather requirements, ensure alignment, and address operational needs during the construction process.
• Coach other colleagues in construction management techniques, building codes, ongoing processes, and regulatory responsibilities.
• Utilize the CVS Health and Capital Project Planning/Program Management tools to efficiently maintain Project lists and pipelines, communicate to the teams, establish and measure milestones and deadlines, as appropriate per CVS Health standards and practices
