Job summary

CVS Health Corporation in the United States is seeking a Senior Construction Project Manager to oversee healthcare facility projects, including new construction, renovations, expansions, and infrastructure upgrades. You will manage budgets, schedules, and vendor relationships, coordinating with cross-functional teams and stakeholders to deliver projects on scope and time.

The ideal candidate has 7–10 years of relevant experience, PMP preferred, and a track record of leading complex construction

• 7–10 years of relevant experience.
• Deep knowledge of Program/Project Management processes and tools.
• Familiarity with design and construction best practices and processes.
• Ability to excel and lead others in a fast paced, high pressure environment.
• Ability to adapt to change and shift priorities to meet objectives.
• Ability to inform and influence stakeholders at various levels.
• Excellent written and verbal communications skills.

Responsibilities

• Oversee construction projects for healthcare facilities, including new construction, renovations, expansions, and infrastructure upgrades.
• Manage administration of healthcare properties by coordinating lease agreements, property maintenance, repairs, and regulatory compliance.
• Act as a top-level specialist, selecting, contracting, and managing external vendors, contractors, and suppliers.
• Develop and manage construction project budgets, tracking estimates and expenses.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements, ensure alignment, and address operational needs during construction.
• Coach colleagues in construction management techniques and building codes.
