Job summary

Stryker is seeking an Implementation Engineer in the United States (San Diego area) to lead planning, design, integration, deployment, testing, and validation of healthcare communication solutions within complex customer environments.

You will work with EHRs, nurse call, patient monitoring, messaging, telephony, and other platforms, using structured implementation methodologies to ensure successful delivery. Strong troubleshooting and the ability to learn new technologies quickly are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field.
• Minimum 2 years of relevant customer-facing technical services or support experience.

Responsibilities

• Plan, design, install, configure, test, and validate healthcare communication solutions within customer environments.
• Integrate solutions with EHRs, nurse call, patient monitoring, telephony, messaging middleware and other third-party applications.
• Perform technical discovery and collaborate with stakeholders to understand infrastructure, networking, integration, and application requirements.
• Install, configure, and troubleshoot Stryker clinical communication solutions on Windows Server and Linux environments.
• Troubleshoot complex issues across application, server, network, database, and integration layers.
• Apply TCP/IP networking and security fundamentals during deployment and troubleshooting.
• Coordinate with internal teams throughout the implementation lifecycle and communicate status and risks clearly.
