Job summary

Stryker is seeking an Implementation Engineer to lead planning, design, and deployment of healthcare communication solutions within complex clinical environments. You will integrate systems, conduct discovery with stakeholders, and ensure secure, validated implementations end to end.

Responsibilities include testing, documentation, and collaboration with cross-functional teams to translate clinical needs into robust configurations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a technical field is required.
• Minimum 2 years in customer-facing technical services or support.

Responsibilities

• Plan, design, install, configure, test, and validate healthcare communication solutions in customer environments.
• Integrate solutions with EHRs, nurse call, patient monitoring, telephony and other third-party applications.
• Conduct technical discovery with stakeholders to capture infrastructure, networking, and integration needs.
• Install and troubleshoot Stryker clinical communication solutions on Windows Server and Linux.
• Troubleshoot issues across application, server, network, database and integration layers.
• Apply TCP/IP networking and security fundamentals during deployment and troubleshooting.
• Translate clinical workflows and requirements into solution configurations with clinical leads.
• Follow structured implementation methodologies including testing, documentation, and transition to support.
• Develop and execute end-to-end test plans to validate performance and integration.
• Coordinate with internal teams and communicate project status and risks clearly.
