Job summary

Nitra is seeking a Senior Account Executive to join our Sales team in Miami. This is a full-cycle role where you will create opportunities, run discovery with practice owners and senior decision-makers, and translate financial needs into a tailored business case for Nitra Card.

You will own a defined territory and medical specialty, build genuine depth, and generate meetings through high-volume outbound. You’ll deliver compelling demos and navigate multiple stakeholders to land measurable value.

Qualifications

• B2B closing experience covering full deal lifecycle.
• Experience selling platforms or suites, not point solutions.
• History selling to owners and senior decision-makers.
• Strong financial understanding and ability to discuss cash flow.
• Presentable to executives and external stakeholders.
• Experience in payments/fintech or cards is a plus.
• Healthcare experience selling to practice owners is welcome.
• Ability to learn and articulate product use cases quickly.

Responsibilities

• Own the full life cycle of the deal from creation to close.
• Manage a defined territory and medical specialty with multi-threaded stakeholders.
• Generate meetings through high-volume outbound—calls and email.
• Become the expert on practice buying behavior and vendor choices.
• Run discovery on how a practice spends money and relates to Nitra Card.
• Construct and defend ROI live with practice owners.
• Build tailored cases for each customer’s business problem.
• Deliver compelling product demonstrations showing value.
