Job summary

Nitra is seeking a Senior Account Executive to join our Sales team. This full-cycle role focuses on outbound prospecting, discovery with practice owners, and crafting a tailored ROI case for Nitra Card within medical practices.

You will own a defined territory and engage multiple stakeholders—from owners to finance/ops—driving sophisticated demonstrations and closing large opportunities. A background in fintech or payments is highly valued.

Qualifications

• Substantial B2B closing experience — typically 6+ years — owning the full life cycle of the deal from creation to close.
• Experience selling a platform or suite of solutions, not a point solution.
• History selling to business owners and senior decision-makers with multi-stakeholder navigation.
• Strong financial fluency: read P&L, discuss cash flow, working capital.
• Strong customer-facing and executive presence with owners and senior decision-makers.
• Strongly preferred: payments/fintech/cards/merchant services experience.
• Strong plus: healthcare experience selling to practice owners.

Responsibilities

• Own the full life cycle of the deal from creation to close — opportunity creation, discovery, business case, negotiation, and signature.
• Own a defined territory and medical specialty with multi-threaded stakeholders.
• Generate meetings through high-volume outbound — cold calls and email.
• Become the expert in your specialty and where Nitra adds financial value.
• Run sophisticated discovery of how a practice makes and spends money and connect to Nitra Card.
• Construct and defend ROI live with practice owners for change.
• Build tailored cases per customer based on their business problem.
• Deliver product demonstrations that land the key value points.
