Job summary

Nitra is seeking a Senior Account Executive to join our Sales team. This is an experienced, full-cycle closing role for someone who creates their own opportunities through disciplined outbound, runs sophisticated discovery with practice owners and senior decision-makers, and translates that into a tailored business case for Nitra's card and financial products.

Each Senior AE owns a defined territory and medical specialty, and is expected to build genuine depth in it.

Qualifications

• 6+ years of substantial B2B closing experience.
• Experience selling a platform or suite of solutions.
• History selling to business owners and senior decision-makers.
• Strong financial fluency: cash flow, P&L, receivables/payables.
• Excellent executive presence with owners and senior decision-makers.
• Preferred: payments/fintech/cards or related financial products.

Responsibilities

• Own the full life cycle of the deal from creation to close.
• Own a defined territory and medical specialty; multi-thread across stakeholders.
• Generate meetings through high-volume outbound — cold calls and email.
• Become the expert in your specialty and the value you create for practices.
• Run sophisticated discovery linking findings to Nitra Card and ROI.
• Deliver compelling product demonstrations that land key value points.
