Job summary

Nitra seeks a Senior Account Executive to join the Sales team. This full-cycle, outbound-driven role targets medical practices with Nitra Card and related financial products.

You will own the deal from discovery to signature, manage a defined territory and build deep expertise in your specialty. You will engage practice owners and managers, translate financial needs into a tailored business case, and deliver compelling demonstrations that prove value.

Qualifications

• 6+ years of substantial B2B closing experience
• Experience selling a platform or suite of solutions
• History of selling to business owners and senior decision-makers
• Strong financial fluency: read P&L, cash flow, working capital
• Ability to engage owners and senior decision-makers with credibility
• Strongly preferred: payments/fintech/cards/merchant services background
• Strong plus: healthcare practice exposure and payer contract knowledge

Responsibilities

• Own the full life cycle of the deal from creation to close
• Own a defined territory and medical specialty with multi-threaded stakeholders
• Generate meetings through high-volume outbound via calls and email
• Become the expert in your specialty and map value to financial outcomes
• Run discovery to uncover how a practice makes and spends money
• Construct and defend ROI with practice owners using a financial case
• Tailor each customer case based on their business problem
• Deliver compelling product demonstrations that land value points
