Nitra in Miami seeks a Senior Account Executive to own full-cycle B2B sales for Nitra Card across medical practices. You’ll generate opportunities through outbound prospecting, run discovery with owners and managers, and build tailored ROI cases that prove financial value.

Qualifications

• Substantial B2B closing experience with full lifecycle ownership.
• Experience selling a platform or suite of solutions.
• History of selling to business owners and senior decision-makers.
• Strong financial fluency with cash flow and P&L concepts.
• Executive presence with owners and senior leaders.

Responsibilities

• Own the full life cycle of the deal from creation to close.
• Manage a defined territory and medical specialty with multi-threading stakeholders.
• Generate meetings through high-volume outbound prospecting.
• Become the expert on how practices buy and spend in their category.
• Run discovery focused on practice finance and ROI for Nitra Card.
• Construct and defend ROI live with owners and stakeholders.
• Tailor each customer case to their unique business problem.
• Deliver compelling product demonstrations.
