Job summary

UVA Health in Virginia is seeking a Senior Financial Systems Integration Analyst to advance Workday Financials, Epic Resolute, and related financial system initiatives. Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• 7+ years of professional experience in an academic medical center or integrated healthcare system.
• Strong knowledge of healthcare finance, ERP and financial systems.

Responsibilities

• Partner with Finance, Revenue Cycle, IT, Data/Analytics, and implementation teams to support Workday Financials implementation and Epic Resolute integration.
• Analyze current financial, revenue cycle, and operational workflows and recommend process improvements using Workday, Epic, and other capabilities.
• Design, development, testing, implementation, and maintenance of system integrations and interfaces between Workday Financials, Epic Resolute, and other applications.
• Evaluate end-to-end financial data flows to ensure data completeness, accuracy, timeliness, and integrity across source systems, interfaces, and reporting platforms.
• Support data conversion and migration activities, including mapping, transformation, validation, reconciliation, and testing.
• Develop and execute comprehensive testing strategies and test scripts (Unit, SIT, E2E, Regression, Conversion, Parallel, UAT).
• Validate financial data conversions, integrations, reconciliations, and downstream reporting to ensure accuracy.
• Perform financial and system reconciliations and investigate variances and data issues.
• Support development and optimization of financial reports, dashboards, interfaces, and analytics used by Finance and leadership.
• Translate requirements into functional specifications, data mappings, and configurations.
• Support month-end, quarter-end, and year-end close activities and issue resolution.
• Assist with financial controls, data validation, audits, and regulatory compliance.
• Collaborate with technical teams to troubleshoot issues and drive resolution.
• Analyze system and financial data to identify trends, root causes, and automation opportunities.
• Support upgrades, enhancements, and integrations across the financial technology environment.
• Coordinate with vendors and partners to define requirements and validate deliverables.
• Participate in requirements gathering, business process analysis, and end-to-end impact assessments.
