Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required in accounting, finance, or related field.
• 10+ years of relevant professional experience in an academic medical center or integrated healthcare system with at least 5 years of formal managerial experience.
• Master’s degree and CPA licensure preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead ERP and back-office financial system implementation, optimization, and administration.
• Oversee budgeting, forecasting, cost accounting, and financial reporting for enterprise financial management.
• Prepare consolidated financial reports and executive/Board presentations.
