Job summary

UVA Health in Charlottesville, VA seeks a Senior Financial Systems Integration Analyst to design, implement, integrate, convert, test, and support Workday Financials, Epic Resolute, and other financial systems. You will serve as a liaison among Finance, IT, Data/Analytics, and partners to ensure accurate data flows and compliant processes.

The ideal candidate understands healthcare finance, ERP and reporting, data conversion, and system integration.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• 7+ years of professional experience in an academic medical center or integrated healthcare system.
• Strong knowledge of healthcare finance and ERP systems.
• Ability to translate financial requirements into effective system solutions.

Responsibilities

• Support Workday Financials implementation, Epic Resolute integration, and other enterprise financial system initiatives.
• Analyze current financial and operational workflows and recommend process improvements.
• Design, develop, test, implement, and maintain system integrations and interfaces.
• Validate data flows and reporting across source systems and platforms.
• Coordinate with vendors and partners to define requirements and resolve issues.
• Develop documentation, test plans, and governance controls.
