Qualifications

- 10+ years in healthcare financial management with 5+ years of managerial experience.
- Experience with ERP and back-office systems implementation.
- Experience in capital and operating budgeting, long-range planning.
- Strong analytical and communication skills.
Responsibilities
- Lead financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, and long-range planning.
- Coordinate annual operating and capital budgets.
- Develop long-range financial models and planning tools.
- Oversee ERP and back-office system implementations.
- Ensure accuracy and transparency of financial reporting.
- Prepare complex analyses and presentations for executives and the Board.
- Collaborate with IT, Finance, Accounting, and operations.
- Develop cost accounting structures and allocation methods.
