Job summary

Marin Community Clinics is seeking a Project Manager, Facilities & Capital Projects to lead major administrative and clinical facility initiatives in Marin County. You will coordinate architects, engineers, landlords, regulators, and MCC leadership to ensure scope, budget, and schedule are met.

The focus is the 47,000-square-foot facility relocation and buildout, with activation of new clinical space. The role requires strong leadership, healthcare facilities experience, and ability to manage

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in construction management, architecture, engineering, facilities management, or related field.
• 5+ years of healthcare facilities project management experience.
• Experience managing budgets, schedules, and vendors.

Responsibilities

• Lead project planning through permitting, construction, activation, occupancy and closeout.
• Develop and maintain project plans, budgets, milestones, risk logs and action trackers.
• Coordinate with landlords, architects, engineers, contractors, consultants, vendors and MCC leadership.
• Facilitate project meetings and document decisions, approvals, risks and actions.
• Identify risks, delays, budget concerns and mitigation strategies.
