Job summary

Stellarus seeks an experienced Sales Executive to drive new health plan customers and revenue. You will hunt, build executive relationships, and lead complex, multi-stakeholder sales from engagement to contract execution.

Qualifications

Bachelor's or HS diploma with 4 years of relevant experience in lieu of a degree.
10 years of enterprise healthcare sales or related roles with new-customer focus.
Hunter mentality with history of originating and closing new-logo business.
Proven success selling complex B2B healthcare solutions to health plans or payers.
Ability to prospect and develop executive relationships where none exist.
Strong understanding of the U.S. healthcare payer environment and priorities.
Ability to quickly learn complex products and translate value to customers.
Experience managing enterprise opportunities from qualification to close.
Strong executive presence and negotiation skills.
Proficiency with CRM, pipeline forecasting, and sales productivity tools.
Willingness to travel for prospecting, meetings, and events.
