Qualifications
- 10+ years of experience delivering electrical engineering designs in healthcare.
- Experience leading complex healthcare projects and multidisciplinary teams.
- Familiarity with California healthcare regulations (HCAI/OSHPD) and building codes.
Responsibilities
- Lead and deliver electrical design for healthcare facilities, including power, lighting, nurse call, and fire alarm systems.
- Mentor and lead engineers and project leaders, fostering technical excellence and accountability.
- Develop project plans, timelines, and resource allocations; manage scope and risk.
