The Senior Associate, Healthcare Electrical Engineer will lead a growing healthcare practice in Northern California, balancing hands‑on leadership with business development and mentorship to deliver technically excellent projects.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in a related field.
• 10+ years of experience delivering electrical designs in healthcare.
• PE in Electrical Engineering preferred.
• Strong knowledge of California codes (HCAI/OSHPD, NFPA, UL, IEEE).

Responsibilities

• Lead business development to win healthcare work in Northern California.
• Own delivery of complex healthcare projects from planning through construction.
• Manage project scope, schedule, budget, and client satisfaction.
• Mentor engineers and project leaders; raise technical standards.
• Develop project plans, timelines, and resource allocations.
