Job summary

Planate Management Group is seeking an experienced Project Manager to support the EHRM Infrastructure Upgrades Project at the Hudson Valley Health Care System, Montrose, NY. You will manage all professional and technical services through the VA design and construction delivery, coordinating with COR, stakeholders, and contractors.

Qualified candidates will have a four-year degree in a related field and 3+ years of construction management, with PMP/FAC-PPM and OSHA 30 preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree minimum in Architecture, Engineering, Construction Technology or Construction Management.
• PMP or FAC-PPM certification may substitute for degree if needed.
• Experience budgeting and funding strategies; scheduling and coordination of project interactions.
• Knowledge of relevant codes, standards, and construction contracts; OSHA 30 within last 5 years.

Responsibilities

• Manage all professional and technical services related to the VA design and construction delivery process.
• Represent the VA professionally and provide sound management advice on assigned projects.
• Monitor project schedules and budgets to achieve best value and accelerate critical path activities.
• Identify and resolve project issues to minimize delays and claims; inform Government of potential disputes.
• Ensure work complies with codes, regulations, standards, and contract plans.
