Job summary

Planate Management Group (PMG) is seeking an experienced Construction Manager to support the EHRM Infrastructure Upgrades Project at the Hudson Valley Health Care System, FDR Veterans Affairs Medical Center in Montrose, NY. You will provide on-site construction management support throughout the construction phase, working closely with the COR, project stakeholders, and construction contractors.

Salary range is $100,000–$120,000 per year.

Qualifications

• Four-year degree minimum in Architecture, Engineering, Construction Technology, or Construction Management.
• Minimum 3 years of relevant construction management experience.
• Substitutions allowed with 3 additional years of experience.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate submittal reviews and manage the submittal process per project specs.
• Review and monitor construction schedules, milestones, and long-lead items.
• Document RFIs and responses; maintain project records and as-built drawings.
• Conduct routine inspections to ensure contract compliance and notify COR of deficiencies.
• Support issue resolution, change orders, and closeout submittals.
