Job summary

SIRIS, LLC seeks a motivated Project Manager to support an Electronic Health Record Modernization (EHRM) project at the VA Medical Center in Montrose, New York. The Construction Manager will serve as an owner's representative, overseeing administration, oversight, reporting, and coordination of complex healthcare construction within an active medical facility.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of project management experience in federal healthcare construction.
• Experience coordinating with contractors, A/E teams, and government stakeholders.
• Knowledge of IMS, schedule management, and contract administration.

Responsibilities

• Assist in implementing and monitoring project management plans (quality, safety, schedule, cost).
• Review drawings, specs, and submittals for inconsistencies and impacts.
• Monitor contractor performance and progress against schedules and milestones.
• Prepare schedule performance reports and executive-level status updates.
• Coordinate with VA stakeholders, CORs, facility personnel, and end users.
