Job summary

HFS Company seeks a Project Manager to support VA EHRM infrastructure upgrades at Castle Point Campus, Hudson Valley VA Medical Center, NY. This full-time onsite role coordinates complex federal healthcare construction, tracks schedules and budgets, manages risks, and prepares clear COR-ready reports.

The PM works under COR coordination, identifying issues, maintaining records, and supporting testing, commissioning, and documentation with A/E firms, contractors, and VA partners across campus.

Qualifications

• Seven years of facility construction management experience.
• Ability to interpret construction documents and prepare clear reports.
• Experience coordinating with COR, A/E firms, contractors and VA stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate complex federal healthcare construction projects onsite.
• Monitor schedules, budgets, risks, and change orders; report to COR.
• Maintain records, prepare daily progress and monthly reviews.
• Support commissioning, testing, and QA activities with stakeholders.
