Job summary

HED in Boston is seeking an experienced Project Manager focused on healthcare to lead large-scale projects and coordinate multi-disciplinary teams from proposal through close-out. You will manage schedules, budgets, and quality, interfacing with clients, consultants, and authorities.

The role requires Licensure, a Bachelor's in Architecture/Engineering/Interior Design, and 8+ years in A/E with healthcare experience, in a hybrid work environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Architecture, Engineering, or Interior Design is required.
• Professional licensure is required.
• Minimum 8 years post-graduate experience in the A/E industry.
• Minimum 3 years as an A/E or Client-Side Project Manager with financial/risk oversight.
• Minimum 5 years of healthcare project experience.
• Strong understanding of the full A/E design-to-close-out process.

Responsibilities

• Lead multi-disciplinary A/E teams and manage all project activities from concept to close-out.
• Prepare and monitor project plans, schedules, and staffing to meet budget goals.
• Oversee contracts with owners and consultants, ensuring adherence and added services when needed.
• Coordinate with owners, authorities having jurisdiction, and clients to ensure design quality.
