AdventHealth in Hendersonville, NC is seeking an experienced project manager to lead pre-construction and design/construction efforts for healthcare facilities. You will develop budgets, manage consultants, vendors, and contractors, and drive projects from conception to completion.

The role requires strong leadership, reading/interpretation of drawings and contracts, and experience with regulatory codes. Expect collaboration across teams and frequent site visits as part of a dynamic program.

Qualifications

• Excellent project management skills to manage multiple small to mid-sized healthcare projects.
• Knowledge of healthcare design and construction techniques.
• Ability to read and interpret construction drawings and contracts.
• Excellent verbal, written, and organizational skills.
• Strong interpersonal skills with ability to work with and manage multi-faceted teams.
• Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook.
• Comfortable in making presentations to management and customers.
• Proficient in Microsoft Project or similar project management program.
• Proficient in e-Builder software program.

Responsibilities

• Develops and updates project budgets using the Project Budget Tracking Form.
• Delivers projects on time and within approved scope.
• Manages multiple small projects with vendors and contractors.
• Coordinates site visits and project evaluations.
• Prepares technical and educational documentation for customers.
