Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required, 4+ years of relevant experience.
• PMBOK/PMI guidance with PMP preferred.
• Experience managing projects in healthcare or complex organizations.
• Strong communication and analytical skills, data-driven approach.

Responsibilities

• Manage project costs and schedules, alert stakeholders to deviations.
• Facilitate cross-functional meetings to address roadblocks.
• Maintain documentation and status of timelines; manage multiple projects.
• Identify and mitigate project risks; lead change management efforts.
• Mentor team members and develop project management standards.
• Develop business models aligning to short and long-term roadmaps.
