Job summary

The role requires strong analytical, problem-solving, and SQL skills, plus the ability to mentor junior analysts and lead testing efforts. Prior healthcare experience is a plus.

Qualifications

• 5 years of experience in Information Systems and Technology.
• Lean/Six Sigma experience (preferred).
• Healthcare Industry experience (preferred).
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, or related field.
• Master’s degree (preferred).

Responsibilities

• Lead with customers and cross-team to capture capability needs and drive data solutions.
• Collaborate across cross-functional teams to address data-related challenges.
• Provide SME for project and production activities on complex issues.
• Ensure compliance and approvals throughout the project lifecycle.
• Interface with business areas, customers, partners, vendors and teams to drive value.
