• Assess systems and workflows; identify integration gaps
• Develop, test, and maintain SAS/Python/R programs to extract/transform data
• Build automated workflows for data ingestion and registry population
• Create dashboards for operational visibility and modernization efforts
• Validate data accuracy across source and downstream systems
• Troubleshoot integration issues and improve data processing methods
• Document code, mappings, validation rules, and workflows
• Collaborate with epidemiologists, program leaders, and technical teams
