Qualifications

• Experience developing data integration in public health or healthcare systems.
• Proficiency with SAS, Python or R for data processing and analysis.
• Strong SQL and relational database skills for data extraction and validation.
• Familiarity with HL7, FHIR, XML and SNOMED CT terminology is required.

Responsibilities

• Develop, test, maintain and troubleshoot SAS/Python/R scripts for data integration.
• Design system integrations, dashboards and automated workflows to improve data interoperability.
• Work with healthcare datasets including structured and semi-structured data.
• Develop SQL queries, work with relational databases, and perform data analysis and validation.
• Gather requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
• Test and validate automated data integration solutions and ensure data accuracy.
• Create technical documentation, code docs, specifications and procedures.
• Support interoperability involving eCR/eICR, EHR and HIE.
