Job summary

Sentara Health is seeking a Lead Healthcare Data Analyst to provide data analysis support, develop reports and dashboards, and promote self-service analytics. The role is fully remote with a base pay range of $122,408 to $179,649.60 annually, and requires 3 years in data analysis, plus knowledge of SQL and Tableau.

Qualifications

• 3 years of experience in data analysis.
• 1 year of relevant experience in financial analysis, statistics and population management
• Knowledge of SQL and Tableau
• Excellent Oral and Written Communication Skills

Responsibilities

• Work directly with internal customers and external provider partners; oversee project work from inception to delivery.
• On-board new team members and provide guidance and mentorship to junior analysts.
