Job summary

You will provide strategic legal counsel to executive leadership, manage a high volume of contracts (client services and technology), direct litigation matters, and shape corporate governance, employment matters, and M&A activities. The ideal candidate holds a JD from an accredited law school, is licensed to practice in good standing, and has at least 15 years of healthcare industry

Qualifications

• JD from an accredited law school and licensed to practice law.
• Minimum 15 years of relevant experience in healthcare or healthcare-adjacent industry.
• Experience with multinational companies and HIPAA/privacy compliance strongly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide strategic legal advice to executive leadership.
• Manage a high volume of strategic contracts (client services and technology agreements).
• Oversee litigation matters.
• Contribute to corporate governance, employment matters, and M&A activities.
• Mentor junior legal staff.
