Candidates will handle complex contract reviews, regulatory issues including HIPAA/HITECH and Stark, and budget oversight for outside counsel with a focus on healthcare transactions.

Qualifications

• JD required and licensed to practice in Texas.
• Strong knowledge of healthcare law and entity management.

Responsibilities

• Conduct legal research and draft memoranda on issues affecting CLS Health.
• Advise executives on corporate, employment, compliance, contracts, and strategic transactions.
