Altivera Medical is seeking an experienced in-house counsel to lead corporate governance and provide enterprise legal support. You will advise senior leaders on legal risks, manage outside counsel, and oversee expansive regulatory compliance for healthcare, DME, and medical devices.

Responsibilities include drafting complex contracts, supporting M&A activities, and guiding privacy and information security programs. Strong judgment and executive communication are essential.

Qualifications

• Active bar membership in at least one state.

Responsabilités

• Provide corporate governance and enterprise legal support, including board materials and documentation.
• Advise business leaders on legal risks and practical solutions across enterprise initiatives.
• Support privacy, data protection, information security, M&A, and other corporate initiatives.
• Manage outside counsel relationships and legal spend with the Chief Legal Officer.
• Draft, review, negotiate, and manage commercial agreements with various stakeholders.
• Deliver guidance on federal and state healthcare laws and regulations affecting DME and medical devices.
• Collaborate with Compliance and Quality & Regulatory Affairs on audits, investigations, and policy development.
• Oversee litigation, regulatory inquiries, and coordination with outside counsel.
