Point32Health, Inc. is seeking a Senior Contract Manager to negotiate contracts with large provider organizations, lead negotiations, and ensure terms align with commercial strategy and legal guidelines.

You will analyze financial data, draft agreements, and drive outcomes that support value-based arrangements. This role partners with legal, clinical, and finance teams, manages risk arrangements across products, and communicates effectively with executive providers.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• Master’s degree preferred.
• 5-7 years in managed healthcare; contract negotiations experience.
• 8-10 years preferred.

Aufgaben

• Lead the negotiation of contractual arrangements with providers, within budgeted targets and regulatory requirements.
• Develop and oversee contract documents, including terms, financials and legal provisions.
• Coordinate with legal to ensure provisions are consistent across providers and compliant with laws.
• Articulate Point32Health’s position to providers and negotiate terms of risk arrangements.
• Understand global budget models, unit cost trends and provider financial performance.
• Lead cross-functional meetings and drive status of negotiations.
