Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field (Supply Chain, Healthcare, Business, Finance) is required.
• Experience in strategic sourcing and negotiating various contract categories is preferred.
• Strong contract management and negotiation skills are required.
• Healthcare knowledge is required.

Responsibilities

• Plan and execute project timelines for assigned categories with guidance from manager.
• Develop and maintain supplier relationships; manage reviews and product/price loading for awards.
• Lead contract negotiations and collaboration with legal, procurement and business teams.
• Identify risks and develop mitigation strategies for contracting initiatives.
• Communicate with internal stakeholders and customers to advance contracting plans and timelines.
• Support change management and process improvements within the sourcing function.
