Job summary

SJS Executives, LLC (SJS), also doing business as SJS Industrial, is seeking a Construction Quality Control Manager to lead field operations for a federal medical facility project in St. Cloud, MN.

The role is full-time and requires strong oversight of quality controls, safety, and schedule adherence. You will coordinate with architects, engineers, contractors, and facilities staff; review drawings, manage Maximo records, and ensure compliance with life-safety and environmental programs.

Qualifications

• Must have strong written and verbal communication abilities.
• Minimum 5 years in construction management, incl. 1 year healthcare.
• Experience with healthcare renovation and new construction projects.
• Knowledge of life-safety, environmental programs, and regulatory compliance.

Responsibilities

• Perform field verifications, drawing reviews, and markups for project execution.
• Develop acquisition packages, scopes of work, and cost estimates.
• Maintain compliance schedules for Life Safety and OE programs.
• Coordinate with facilities staff and contractors to ensure deliverables.
