Job summary

VW International is seeking a Construction Quality Manager to oversee QA for hospital construction and renovation projects on US Government facilities. The role involves reviewing schedules, safety oversight, and ensuring compliance with NFPA, JCAHO, and related regulations.

Ideal candidates have experience in healthcare construction, strong MS Office skills, and the ability to coordinate with multiple stakeholders including COR, facility staff, and contractors to deliver compliant, high-quality

Qualifications

• Experience in hospital construction projects and healthcare facilities.
• Familiarity with project management processes and documentation.
• Strong communication and coordination skills across multiple stakeholders.
• Ability to review schedules and ensure safety and quality standards.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate schedules, work performance quality, safety oversight, and coordination for repair/construction work.
• Ensure conformance with NFPA, JCAHO, safety standards, and agency criteria.
• Meet daily with contractors to verify compliance with USACE QA regulations.
• Coordinate with Facilities, Logistics, and related staff and COR for government actions.
