Job summary

SJS Executives, LLC (SJS) is seeking a Construction Quality Control Manager for full-time work in St. Cloud, MN. The candidate will oversee field verifications, procurement documentation, and life safety/compliance programs across healthcare facilities.

Required experience includes 5+ years in construction management with healthcare exposure; Real ID and federal procurement familiarity are essential. Strong communication and coordination skills are needed.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 5 years of construction management experience, with healthcare projects preferred.
• CCM certification is preferred but not required.
• Experience with healthcare renovation and new construction.
• Strong knowledge of hospitals and medical facility infrastructure.
• Ability to read and interpret contracts, drawings, and specifications.
• Familiarity with Federal design criteria and Master Specs.
• Pass background check for access to military installations.
• Valid Real ID is required.

Responsibilities

• Perform field verifications, drawings reviews, and document markups.
• Develop acquisition packages, scopes of work, and cost estimates.
• Maintain compliance schedules for Life Safety and EOC programs.
• Coordinate with maintenance staff and contractors to monitor deliverables.
• Enter and manage Maximo PM programs for building systems.
• Audit equipment and maintain asset records.
• Train staff on Maximo and PM practices.
• Support project planning, design, construction, commissioning, occupancy, and closeout.
• Develop project schedules and budgets, track milestones.
• Coordinate activities among Government personnel and contractors.
• Prepare reports, meeting minutes, and cost estimates.
• Support multiple healthcare construction projects concurrently.
• Review documents to ensure compliance.
