Job summary
J&J Worldwide Services in the United States is seeking a Quality Control Manager to oversee the Contractor Quality Control program for complex USACE and DHA healthcare construction projects. Qualifications
- Experience executing a quality management program on USACE/NAVFAC/DHA contracts.
- Experience with RMS Resident Management System.
- Ability to manage multiple subcontractors while maintaining strict contractual compliance.
- Strong documentation for government audits.
- Knowledge of UFC, EM 385-1-1, NFPA, NEC.
Responsibilities
- Direct and administer the Contractor Quality Control (CQC) Program in accordance with USACE contract requirements and project-specific Quality Control Plans.
- Lead Government quality meetings with confidence and professionalism.
- Identify quality risks early and implement corrective actions when they affect schedule or cost.
- Monitor construction progress to ensure quality objectives align to milestones.
