J&J Worldwide Services seeks a Quality Control Manager to oversee the Contractor Quality Control (CQC) program for complex USACE and DHA healthcare construction projects in the United States. You will be the primary authority on quality management, ensuring all work meets contract requirements, approved submittals, project specs, codes, and USACE procedures.

You will direct the CQC program, lead meetings, maintain comprehensive quality documentation, coordinate inspections, and mentor field

Qualifications

• Experience executing a quality management program for USACE/NAVFAC environments.
• Experience on DHA or USACE projects in active military medical facilities.
• Ability to interpret complex contract documents, drawings, and specifications.

Responsabilités

• Direct and administer the CQC program per USACE contract requirements.
• Ensure compliance with drawings, UFC criteria, EM 385-1-1 and applicable standards.
• Lead quality control meetings for all definable features of work.
• Verify activities meet submittals and design intent before continuing work.
• Maintain QC documentation, testing records, deficiency logs, and turnover docs.
• Coordinate third‑party inspections, testing, balancing, and validation.
• Manage submittal compliance and government approvals after installation.
• Lead quality planning with project management, subcontractors, and commissioning.
• Identify quality risks early and implement corrective actions.
• Monitor progress to support milestones, occupancy, and acceptance.
• Coordinate with Government QA personnel to resolve issues quickly.
• Mentor field staff and subcontractors on USACE quality expectations.
