Job summary

Baptist Health is seeking a Project Manager to support system-wide strategic and operational initiatives across Miami-Dade, Monroe, Broward and Palm Beach counties.

You will plan, coordinate, and execute projects aligned with organizational priorities, providing project management and administrative support across multiple functions, ensuring on-time delivery and data-driven decision‑making.

Qualifications

• Minimum three (3) years of progressive experience in project management, operations, process improvement, or related field.
• Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
• Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills with the ability to interpret data and translate findings into actionable recommendations.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to effectively present information to diverse audiences, including senior leadership.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Project) required.
• Experience with project management and data visualization tools preferred.
• Demonstrated ability to work independently, exercise sound judgment, and collaborate effectively across multidisciplinary teams.
• Strong stakeholder engagement skills with the ability to influence without direct authority and maintain productive working relationships across all levels of the organization.

• This role provides comprehensive project management and administrative support across multiple functional areas, ensuring activities and projects are delivered on time, within scope, and aligned with defined objectives.
• The Project Manager collaborates closely with divisional leadership, operational stakeholders, and cross-functional teams to facilitate project execution, drive process improvement, and support decision‑making through data analysis and reporting.
• This role serves as a key resource in advancing operational efficiency, standardization, and performance across the division.
