Miami Neuroscience Institute Baptist Health South Florida seeks a seasoned Project Manager to plan and lead complex hospital facility renovations and new construction within the healthcare system. You will oversee all life-cycle phases—from planning through close-out—ensuring cost, quality, safety, client satisfaction and schedule adherence.

Responsibilities include coordinating with stakeholders, developing move plans, managing procurement, and ensuring regulatory compliance.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor's Degree in Architecture, Engineering, Interior Design, Construction Management or related field or 5 years equivalent work experience.
• 4-7 years experience in healthcare project management, commercial construction or facilities planning/capital project management.
• PMP certification is preferred.
• Excellent organization and interpersonal skills.
• Proficient in AutoCAD.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Access) and project management software.
• Ability to prepare project scope, budget and schedule documents.
• Familiarity with construction contracts and construction delivery strategies.

Aufgaben

• Plans and designs/executes multiple construction and renovation projects meeting program requirements, budget, safety, and time constraints.
• Coordinates projects with all stakeholders and maintains ongoing project communication.
• Develops move/equipment management plans and leads implementation.
• Manages procurement and participates in contract negotiations from RFPs.
• Obtains approvals and submits documentation for purchase orders.
• Documents project information; maintains accurate files and records.
• Ensures compliance with AHCA, ADA, NFPA, OSHA and local codes; follows up on issues.
• Assesses risks and implements mitigation strategies to avoid delays/cost overruns.
• Reviews progress and identifies actions to meet milestones and deadlines.
• Supports development and delivery of project management training and process improvements.
