Baptist Health is seeking a Project Manager 3 to lead construction projects across South Florida, overseeing contracting, scheduling and budgeting to meet time and cost objectives. The role requires experience with large healthcare facilities and strong leadership.

Projects typically exceed $30 million, with occasional international travel. Salary range noted: $107,760.50 – $140,088.65 per year, based on experience.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in a construction-related field.
• Florida Driver's License (Class E Non-Commercial).
• 8+ years of experience as an assistant project manager or 10+ years construction experience.
• Preferred experience in healthcare construction.
• Strong estimating, scheduling, budgeting/cost control and financial reporting.
• Proficiency with PC-based scheduling and Microsoft Office suite (MS Project, Proliance, Excel, Word, PowerPoint).

Responsabilidades

• Manage daily project activities and coordinate contracting, scheduling, estimating, bidding and contract administration.
• Oversee multiple complex projects generally above $30 million; may act as facility site manager as needed.
• Manage projects within Florida and occasional international travel.
