Job summary

Cumming Group is seeking a Project Manager to lead healthcare construction projects in the Denver area. You will coordinate project teams, manage scope, cost, and schedule, and drive cost management and value engineering efforts with a focus on healthcare clients.

Preferred candidates have a BS in a related field and 4+ years in healthcare project management or construction management. CCM, PMP, PE, or LEED credentials are advantageous. Competitive salary with comprehensive benefits is offered.

Qualifications

• Experience preparing Project Management Plans and fee/budget proposals.
• Experience developing and driving action plans.
• Demonstrated ability to monitor scope throughout the project and recommend adjustments when necessary.

Responsibilities

• Plan, manage, and coordinate all aspects of the project schedule, scope, and cost.
• Value engineer the project by identifying opportunities for savings and ensuring material substitutions are equal.
• Communicate with and manage project stakeholders.
• Prepare Project Management plan and fee budget/proposal at the project outset.
• Evaluate documents and communicate the client's goals to the project team.
• Develop and communicate action plans to lead the project team.
