Job summary

STO Building Group is seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead construction projects in Las Vegas, NV. You will manage planning, procurement, scheduling, budgeting, and execution to deliver predictable outcomes for healthcare and commercial facilities.

You will work with cross-functional teams, oversee change orders, and ensure safety, quality, and regulatory compliance while maintaining strong client relationships throughout project lifecycles.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in civil engineering, construction management or related field.
• 5+ years experience in commercial construction, healthcare experience preferred.
• Understanding of estimating concepts to verify bids and manage changes.
• Knowledge of contractual language, construction law, and protecting the company.
• Familiarity with building codes, plans, blueprints, and specs.

Responsibilities

• Lead the project team and develop the Project Management Plan (PMP).
• Prepare project budgets and estimates; manage procurement and scheduling.
• Negotiate change orders and manage cost and profit impact.
• Ensure quality, safety, and regulatory compliance; manage client relationships.
• Oversee project close-out, as-builts, and final documentation.
• Interface with Estimating for cost information and oversight of payments.
