STV Construction Incorporated seeks a Senior Healthcare Project Manager to lead complex hospital and life sciences projects from planning through closeout. You will function as Owner's Representative, guiding multidisciplinary teams and coordinating with executives to ensure safety, quality and performance.

The role requires extensive healthcare project experience, strong financial oversight, and ability to navigate occupied facilities while delivering on time and within budget.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, Construction Management, Building Sciences or related discipline.
• 10-15 years of progressively responsible project management experience in healthcare, pharma, life sciences, or institutional facilities.
• Experience managing healthcare construction and capital programs valued at $25M to $100M+.

Responsabilités

• Serve as primary Owner's Representative and strategic advisor for major healthcare capital projects and programs.
• Provide senior oversight for complex MEP infrastructure initiatives.
• Develop and implement project delivery strategy across all phases (planning to closeout).
• Manage multiple concurrent projects and teams across renovations, expansions, and new construction.
• Provide executive-level leadership across project phases and financial reporting.
• Direct project teams, consultants, contractors, and vendors to resolve complex issues.
