Job summary

Jobot is seeking an experienced Project Manager for a permanent healthcare construction role in Las Vegas. Ground-up commercial projects and micro hospitals are a focus, with ownership from preconstruction to closeout and collaboration with owners, designers, field teams, and trades.

You will manage budgets, schedules, and risks while delivering high-quality healthcare facilities and meeting safety and quality standards. A 5+ year track record is preferred.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of construction project management experience, including healthcare construction.
• Demonstrated experience delivering ground-up commercial construction projects and micro hospitals, or equivalent experience with comparable healthcare facilities.
• Proven ability to manage project budgets, schedules, contracts, subcontractors, and stakeholder relationships.
• Strong knowledge of construction methods, drawings, specifications, building codes, and healthcare facility requirements.
• Experience coordinating complex mechanical, electrical, plumbing, and life safety systems.
• Ability to anticipate challenges, make sound decisions, and lead teams through demanding project milestones.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, organization, and leadership skills.
• Proficiency with construction project management and scheduling software, such as Procore, Primavera P6, Microsoft Project, or equivalent tools.
• Bachelor’s degree in construction management, engineering, or a related field preferred; equivalent practical experience considered.

Responsibilities

• Manage healthcare construction projects from planning and budgeting through construction, commissioning, and final turnover.
• Lead ground-up commercial and micro hospital projects, balancing scope, schedule, cost, quality, and safety.
• Develop and maintain project budgets, schedules, procurement plans, and cost forecasts.
• Coordinate with owners, architects, engineers, superintendents, subcontractors, and regulatory authorities to keep projects moving forward.
• Oversee subcontractor procurement, contract administration, change orders, RFIs, submittals, and project documentation.
• Identify project risks early and implement practical solutions to protect delivery milestones and financial performance.
• Monitor construction progress, resolve field issues, and communicate clear updates to stakeholders.
• Coordinate healthcare-specific requirements, including building systems integration, inspections, commissioning, and occupancy approvals.
• Promote a strong safety culture and ensure work meets contract requirements, applicable codes, and quality standards.
• Drive successful project closeout, including punch lists, owner training coordination, warranties, and turnover documentation.
