Howell seeks a Senior Healthcare Construction Project Manager in Denver, CO to lead complex hospital and clinical facilities projects. You will manage teams, coordinate with owners, architects, engineers, and ensure occupancy in active healthcare environments.

Requirements include a Bachelor's in construction management and 8+ years of healthcare project experience. Proficiency with Bluebeam and Procore is preferred; strong communication and client management are essential.

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree in construction management or related field.
• 8+ years of construction experience with strong healthcare project experience.
• Experience managing hospital renovations and expansions in occupied environments.
• Proven ability to lead multiple projects and teams in regulated healthcare settings.
• Strong written and verbal communication and client management skills.

Responsabilidades

• Deliver healthcare construction projects with focus on process, scheduling, and controls.
• Lead teams on hospitals, medical office buildings, and clinical facilities.
• Communicate with owners, architects and engineers effectively.
• Coordinate projects in occupied environments with minimal patient disruption.
• Support preconstruction and business development efforts in healthcare.
• Lead OAC and status review meetings and ensure regulatory compliance.
