Job summary

UCHealth is seeking an experienced project manager to lead major capital projects in the Denver metro area. You will oversee scope, schedule and budget for complex healthcare facilities, coordinating with architects, engineers and contractors to meet rigorous standards.

The role requires advanced program management skills, strong regulatory knowledge, and the ability to drive cross-functional teams in a fast-paced healthcare environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in architecture, engineering, construction management or relevant field.
• 7 years of progressive experience in planning, design, and construction; healthcare planning, design and construction preferred (3 years).
• Management experience leading capital projects and coordinating with architecture, engineering and contractors.

Responsibilities

• Leads major capital projects, typically > $30M, with overall responsibility for scope, schedule and budget.
• Develops strategies for bidding and negotiating contracts with A/E and construction firms.
• Guides other project managers and resolves complex project issues with healthcare regulations and standards (FGI).
• Directs design and construction communications with senior executives, user groups and owner/architect/contractor meetings.
