Hoar Construction seeks a Healthcare Construction Project Manager to provide senior-level leadership to project teams and drive success across objectives. You will train staff, set strategies, ensure project controls, and nurture client relationships while contributing to marketing and new business development.

The role requires extensive healthcare construction experience, cost control expertise, and proficiency with leading scheduling and BIM tools.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in Building Science, Construction Management, Civil Engineering or related field preferred.
• 7-10 years of extensive project management experience in large, complex facility construction.
• 3-10 years of healthcare construction experience preferred.
• CCM certification preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Establish profitability goals and strategies to achieve them; manage and control internal cost to ensure profitability.
• Manage and administrate Owner contracts, identify and manage risks daily.
• Maintain and improve relationships with existing clients.
• Participate in marketing efforts and group sales planning for new business opportunities.
• Oversee setup and administration of all business plans, cost control and reporting.
• Prepare and submit monthly status reports and cost projections with accurate coding and invoicing.
